What is your primary product or service?
Full service PC and network repair, installation, maintenance, cleaning viruses and other malicious software, etc. We take care of your computer problems so you can take care of your business.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a bank exec. for 18 years and as soon as home PCs became available I bought one and computers became a serious hobby for several years. I LOVE technology and problem solving; and after deciding to leave the banking industry opened The Computer Lady which more recently became known as TCL Technologies, LLC. I have obtained numerous industry specific certifications (MCSE, MCP+internet, A+, Network+, Security+, etc.)
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In addition to having extensive technological expertise we speak plain English to our clients, using many analogies to explain computer concepts in a way the average person can understand. With my business background we strive to establish and maintain long term relationships. I am a woman which in itself sets TCL Technologies apart from most of my competition.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
The Computer Lady and TCL Technologies have always been operated from my home and will continue to do so.

Which areas do you service?
We service an area within a 15 minute driving radius of our office for on-site service which is basically West Linn, Oregon City, Lake Oswego and Gladstone. For shop service (you bring the computer to us) there is no limitation. If you are outside of our service area, but would like us to handle your computer problems, we can setup remote access to your computer and can resolve many problems remotely as long as the computer will boot-up and you have internet access.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Beverly Kile is owner and head network and network server guru.
Todd Hanthorn is head technician
What are your hours of operation?
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
Service outside these hours is available for an additional charge.
